Returns & Exchanges

At The Craft Shoppe, we want you to love the magic you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Herbs, botanicals, teas, simmer pot blends, or any consumable/apothecary items

  • Opened or used spiritual/ritual tools (e.g., candles, incense, oils, smoke wands)

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit depending on availability.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued as:

  • Store credit (fastest option), or

  • Original payment method when applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake.

Return Shipping

For mailed returns:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend a trackable shipping method for safe arrival.

Final Notes

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
